New Trends in 18th-Century Criticism 2013

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to study in Geneva....

The Geneva Summer School New Trends is intense! The program includes lectures, classes, and museum visits. Over the course of the summer school we examined multiple approaches to literature with international experts, and students had the chance to meet accomplished scholars and fellow students who share their interests. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to study in Geneva.

I will begin PhD studies in French this fall at the University of Virginia, and plan to focus on 18th century works. I have an MA in French from the University of Oklahoma. I completed my master's thesis, Les Relations du genre et du pouvoir dans la trilogie théâtrale de Beaumarchais in 2012.
