Yaniv Benhamou is Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Geneva, publishes on topics related to Intellectual Property and Art Law and coordinates, together with Prof. Jacques de Werra, the WIPO-University of Geneva Summer School on Intellectual Property for the University of Geneva.

Besides its activities at the University, Yaniv advises and represents clients in a Swiss law firm before courts with regard to Commercial Law, in particular to Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Data Protection and Contract Law.

In addition to these legal activities, he participates regularly in associative and cultural activities in the field of art and music.
