The 2017 LERU (League of European Research Universities) Summer School for PhD students will take place in Zürich in Switzerland, at the University of Zürich, from July 9th to July 14th.
The topic is:
Citizen science – nexus between research and public engagement
Intermediate to advanced doctoral candidates may apply if they meet all requirements mentioned in the UNIZH announcement document. Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the summer school and, must be prepared to participate in all activities. All sessions will be conducted in English and therefore fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
All housing and logistic arrangements for the participants will be organized by the university welcoming the Summer School. Registration fees and travel expenses will be supported by the University of Geneva and reimbursed ONLY after the stay (read more). All documents should be sent back to Christiane Bezuchet.
The University of Geneva will select two candidates or more to participate to the LERU Doctoral Summer School. The top two candidates are sure to have a place. Additional participants will be selected by the host university from the candidates pool, based on merit and other criterion.
